I have a question not covered by the FAQ.
I have two PS5 consoles. A family member via their PS account paid for the FFXIV Dawntrail release. They were able to install it on both consoles.
Later on, a second family member set up their own PS account and wants to play FFXIV. The software is already on the console, but their account cannot see it.
Does this second family member have to buy the FFXIV Dawntrail release again on this console? This does seem like that the PS5 will have two copies of Dawntrail on it, which would consume a lot of hard drive space.
