Purchased an in game item (level 90 tales of adventure) but went to other character

Purchase an in game item (level 90 tales of adventure) today but the item went to my other character. I was waiting on my character Marsh Arrow but I dont get the item..SO when i check again in mog station, i see that it was sent to my other character. Please help me move that item to Marsh Arrow..
I havent used the item from the other character, please help me move that item to Marsh Arrow
