I was unfortunate enough to lose track of time and had my house and plot revoked in game. Luckily I got the email and logged in to reclaim my Gil and saw my items were available for pickup too. Sadly I did not read the memo saying they only kept them for 35 days, so now all my bits and bobs such as posters or plushies are gone.
I fully know it's my own fault, and just thought to let others know if they hadn't realised the items are forfeit if left with the resident caretaker.
