Proto-Omega Lotting Priority/Sign-up Thread - 02/01/2008

The lotting is based on cycles #1 (Temenos from 04 JAN 2008 to 18 JAN 2008, and Proto-Ultima fight on 22 JAN 2008) and #2 (Apollyon from 25 JAN 2008 to 29 JAN 2008) on the spread sheet attached below, main/secondary/tertiary jobs, and current lotting status (e.g. trial/full member). If there is a discrepancy, please let me know as soon as you can so I can adjust the lotting orders.

One mistake brought to my attention, Fodder was at the Proto-Ultima fight, so need to add that in to attendance and change the lotting information.

It has always been targeted gathering at 8:30PM EST on Tuesdays and 9:30PM on Fridays; granted, a lot of people lag and hold things up, hence the slightly later start times.

I just got a new PC at work today, and they removed FFXI when they copied my files over, but if someone that went on Tuesday can check the NPC in Port Jeuno, they can post what time we can buy detergent. Tuesday's run got a late start because of camping Aspid, and we probably can not get soap until 9:30PM or 9:45PM EST.

Grats on the clear, and we learned some new strategy for farming the gunpods. At 25% BLM will start doing tier1 nukes to give Omega TP, and we will farm gunpods until time gets short or Omega gets annoying with the hate reset moves.

This coming Tuesday starts the next cycle of Temenos farming, for Proto-Ultima.

I was reading about this but apparently under 25% he summons them every 5min regardless. I don't recall the link but apparently it was very accurate.
