I've now collected every item possible from the Phaenna Cosmic Fortune, like probably 99% of all players at this point who've been around a bit 
The only thing of any, and I mean any value at all now are some of the materia and dyes, and even then we're talking things that sell for maybe 10k in the market on a good day.
I think we should have a shop to use these credits on something more valuable, or at least more directly buy the materia/dyes rather than running roulettes and actually hoping for the worst prize rather than the mount and other "high value" prizes that are practically worthless now
