Made it to Nybeth Obdilord with my Dragoon and used my pomander of resolution. For some reason the angel would not cast. I could see the cast target on the ground but for some reason it wouldn't pop off. I could see the action in my hot bar it just didn't work.
Anyone have any idea what happened?
