Could we have an alternate mechanism to obtain jobs that drop from CE. I've gotten the Ranger soul shard numerous times but my son has never gotten it. He has all the others. Even if it is that you turn in 99 totems like you do with mounts, it would be better than never getting it. He would be halfway or further to the 99 by now if there were pity totems.
RNG is harsh. (I know that the Ranger phantom job isn't that important for general use but it is important for the use in leveling freelancer.)
