The Neo Kingdom Tabard of Maiming appears to have a color mapping? issue on the bottom back layer. A single piece of fabric is displaying two different colors. This split is maintained even after dyeing the piece. I considers it might be a stylistic choice, however, after discussing with others, came to the conclusion that it was more likely a bug based on how this part corresponds to the rest of the armor.
