 | I got back into XIV the other day so during this downtime I thought I'd share what brought me back to XIV. I have a commander deck I've been working on based around the 'Job Select' mechanic and I enjoy playing as a Moogle in any game I can  It started when I commissioned HingBingy on VGen because I didn't have an XIV active sub and was playing XI also as a Moogle, but as a Dark Knight as my WoL's polar opposite. And then I kept going as I found more playable or customizable Moogles. In one of the Crystal Chronicles games on the DS you can paint them an outfit similarly to Animal Crossing. Tactics Advance has different Moogle jobs so I edited the Mog Knight to be a bit more Warrior coded. I kept stumbling upon the Dragoon quest objectives on accident in XI until I just committed to unlocking the job, and it goes with the 'Dragoon's Wyvern' card. 'Machinist's Arsenal' is an amazing card so I had to make my own token for it. I actually made the Thief one at the same time because I like Splinter Cell and couldn't decide until I came to the realisation that Thieves are stealthy too haha. I had to make a mage one of sorts because of all the flashy spells would look good on a foil card. By this point I was dabbling into PvP because all of the abilities of my higher level jobs were confusing to jump back into, so why not start some new jobs and glamours? And last but not least! In Mario Hoops 3 on 3 you can play as a Moogle! Also quite a fun game in general. Ever seen a Cactaur slam dunk? I've seen other people make their WoLs as hero tokens before I would love to see more! I just ordered all of mine to be made and foil can't wait for them to come in and then lose to a bracket 5 deck in round 1submitted by /u/loststormtrooper [link] [comments] |
