My specs: http://speccy.piriform.com/results/0ohEDHz6R2EHOhWm0uELFPm
So, the laptop that I have been playing on since 2020 died several months ago, and while I installed Final Fantasy XIV on my desktop for the time being, and housing areas do load, and the game runs, I have been avoiding every type of duty queue in fear of lag or something. I have the graphics settings on the lowest possible, with most everything disabled.
Being level 100, I am expected to have my shit together for current content, and I am afraid to just jump into the latest content and find that my computer fails miserably.
So, I am stuck at 7.2 in MSQ and I do not know if I should try moving forward. If I were in Stormblood or earlier, I would keep going, but current expansion has considerably more going for it.
I bought a few GPUs but computer does not post with them in the machine.
Am I worrying for nothing and I should be good to go? Or will the game just tank (the floor)(pun intended)?
