Throwaway account for obvious reasons.
My 14 year old daughter and I both play final fantasy 14 together, not always at the same time. Some time last year a member of my old free company started stalking her after he found out her age, following her around and sending highly inappropriate /tells when I was offline. After enough reporting and moving servers, it seemed to stop.
Over the last few days the stalking has begun again. Our FC has reported low level characters hiding in the walls, logging out when targeted and my daughter has been getting the same /tells again. After investigating, I found out that both her main character and her character she uses to roleplay with friends are in a database a plugin uses to stalk people called Memoria, and it seems if I want to have her removed I need to hand over more information. I've also heard they are refusing requests, and that this is a way to tie more information to your account.
What can I do to stop this? I've told her to set her character to be busy, but the stalker shows up if she is. He seems to make new accounts entirely regularly, as blacklisting only works for a while. I just want my daughter to be able to play her favourite game in peace, but while he's following her like this it is impossible.
