Minor Rule Change

For the new point tier of 0 points lvl 1+, those lotting 100 bills may choose to lot on that piece of AF2, if they win they will not be able to lot 100's after, and they can not lot if they have already won a 100.

The reasoning for this change is that it's really a step above free lot but one where people may 'spend' 0 points, and essentially is only going to apply to junky items nobody really wants. Nobody really is going to set a comment thinking they will win AF2 for a < 60 job.

Thanks for considering it Garret, even though I don't expect to use the new rule myself anytime soon. Just might benefit some others.

It's really one of those rules where it's going to come up so rarely for a piece of AF2 which really matters that it might as well just be implemented.
