In the cutscene after you finish Ktisis, Mr. Grumpy (aka Emet-Selch) wields a staff for a little bit. This staff...I want it. Can I have it?
Is his weapon in this cutscene attainable, or is it custom to him? If I am lucky enough that it is attainable, how would I go about attaining it?
