Hi SE, I've sent an inquiry to GM, but was told to post here.
Some time ago I made a housing bid and came back to recollect after a break. To my misfortune, I found that I could no longer claim the gil that was lost because time has passed. There was no warning that mentions that I would lose the gil if it was not claimed or was given an X amount of time to reclaim.
This was a bid on a large plot, and I am out of roughly 50 mil because of this. I'd like to gain this back if possible.
