I think the devs need to reconsider for at least mansions...
going up only 200 on that making it an 100-150-200 increase all over need to look into it exponentially due to the massive size differences from the housing...
should be like 100-200-400 setting instead, though I doubt the developers would take note of that if want to do it with a realistic ratio... large house is like 3 x medium for an instance however you use the spread out tactics.
But it would probably be ignored.
