We have identified the issues listed below.
The issues are being investigated and addressed, and additional information will follow as the situation develops.
[Current Known Issues]
-During a Group Pose, the client may freeze when taking a photo in portrait mode under specific conditions. (Windows®/ Mac version only)
Upon investigation, this issue may occur when taking a photo in portrait mode without having “Remove Aspect Ratio Limits” checked on while the system configuration resolution is set to a widescreen format wider than 16:9. When taking a photo under these circumstances, the system adjusts the screen to a 16:9 aspect ratio. However, during this process, the client may freeze depending on the user's computer specs.
If you are playing the game under certain conditions, having “Remove Aspect Ratio Limits” checked on will allow you to record in vertical mode without the client freezing. However, please note that removing the aspect ratio limit means the recording will occur at your current resolution rather than being adjusted to a 16:9 aspect ratio. We would appreciate it if you could test this within the scope of what is possible.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused and we thank you for your patience until the issue is resolved.
