June Scheduling Notes

Alongside each of our CoP zones I have also schedule an easy city Dynamis. These city Dynamis will not be aimed at getting clears, they will be for farming purposes only. If a clear helps with farming then that is fine.

I expect these city runs to be significantly low attendance, likely not more than 20 people, and expect them to run much like SOAP used to. The sponsor of these city runs will receive the 1st 100 currency which drops since attendance will be low.

This is an experiment on my part, as many in DX are likely not familar with low number Dynamis, but I would like to see how it works. Many people want CoP zones scheduled more often, some people want more open sponsorships, some people want more Northlands Dynamis, it is difficult at best to schedule in all of these in a given month. So we'll see how this works, if the city Dynamis go horrific then I will cut that out next month and try to find a different balance.

CC is a big thing for low number dynamis.

You'll essentially want a "fafnir" style setup: Tank pt, BLM pt, melee PT. Everyone who can CC does. Melee who understand skillchains and know how to use them for the BLMs to MB on help as well. City mobs in Dynamis are really quite squishy. It's a different style than Garret's point and zerg. :tounge-3:

As far as numbers, 18 in the cities/glacier, 32 in Xarc are my favorite setups. Low lag yet enough to progress through content pretty well.

When I get clears on all the CoP zones, then I'll come help CC on these :p I haven't even been in any CoP Dynamis yet though :o

I'm normally pretty good at figuring out acronyms if I haven't seen them before, but I'm sorta lost here. What's CC referring to?

crowd control

lol maybe you need to not scream "CC People" since people don't seem to understand what CC stands for. Maybe scream "Sleeps Please" next time tarnak or put at the bottom of your rules CC = Crowd Control. Not bashing Teratron, but if he don't know maybe others not familiar with the shell or the term don't as well.
