Is cross-region Market Board arbitrage allowed in FFXIV?

Hi, I have a question about FFXIV rules and whether this could be considered risky or not.

I own two separate FFXIV accounts: one with a character on a JP world, and one with my main character on an EU world. Since both characters can meet on Materia/OCE through Data Center Travel, I was wondering about this kind of in-game trading:

  1. My EU character gives around 30 million gil to my JP character on Materia.
  2. My JP character goes back to JP and buys 2 tradeable Market Board items for around 15 million each.
  3. Both characters meet again on Materia.
  4. My JP character trades the items to my EU character.
  5. My EU character goes back to Europe and sells those items on the EU Market Board, for example around 20 million each.

Sometimes I may end up doing this 10 to 20 times a day, depending on sales and how much time I have.

Would this be considered allowed Market Board arbitrage / cross-region trading, or could it be risky because of the gil and item transfers between two accounts?

Has anyone done something similar, especially with repeated trades in the same day, and had any issues with suspensions, RMT flags, or account warnings?

Thanks!
