Idle Animation interrupts weapons SFX

Found a small issue where certain weapons won't play their unique unsheathing sounds if you have the setting "Idle Animation Delay" set to "0" in the character configuration.

Noticed it with the new 7.4 weapon, I believe its happening because the Idle animation whilst unsheathed interuppts the weapons sound effect, it's not really a big issue but it's kind of sad for us "Idle Animation Delay 0" enjoyers.
