I use corsair scimitar as my mouse and i had been having recent hiccips since may; temporary split second freezes. I noticed it seemed to be on input and since i have been exiting Icue when i play and using memory mode for my mouse i am no longer having any hiccups in game.
Posting for posterity for others. Ironically i had thought the hiccups were only a ffxiv issue since satisfactory and other gamed worked fine; but then i had nabbed deltarune chapter 5 and i knew that game wasnt somehow maxing my specs so i knew it was something running on my pc.
