I remember seeing it a while back.
It was basically this guy livestreaming and he was looking at a pic of outer space and he noticed that there was this huge random hole in space with no stars or planets, after that he said, "Wait a minute...what is that?" and then the Omega Planetas theme started playing and you could see Omega flying from that empty space
