so guys, I know I need to wait for support to answer me after these holiday days, but I'm gonna inquire here if it ever happened to you:
I was playing on my XBOX the game and reached the end of HW; I wanted to try if my PC could run the game smoothly, and I created a free trial account on Steam before buying the game, saw everything went and ran smoothly, and then bought the game + DT expansion during the spring Sales on Steam, the problem is that my Steam account was associated with the free trial one and basically I involuntarily linked my free trial account (where I was very looooow level) with the Steam.
I know it would be possible through support to unlink the account and link the old XBOX one with all the progresses to my current version, but, since I bought the game for the free trial one and activated the 30 days sub, I don't know if that would be a big issue even for support to help.
I Would rather save some euros instead of buying the game again to my old account (I can't stand doing ARR one more time....), did it ever happen to you?
