I gave ffxiv a try, is it normal to feel that the early ( right now i just got the mount) super slow and combat a bit (too) boring ?

Following my latest post, i tried the game and i really love the universe, but the combat is so slow and ive been doing this tp here talk to x tp there talk to y and spam 1 spell for 20ish hours, will that improve ?

Other than that people were super friendly even though im just on FT
