I wanted to play on my Steam Deck easily, so I bought the game today. Logged in with my account I made on PS5, and have been playing on Windows for years.
I log in and it asks me to pick a service acccount on the steam deck. Account 2 has none of my characters but I can select it and "log in". If I select Service Account 1, I get a message that XIV has not yet been registered on the platform, or my sercice accounts sub has expired...
Did I mess something up here? I only need one subscription. My sub wasn't active when I bought the Steam version, so I reupped, but I used the same account login as I always have.
I am so lost and confused, please help and explain this to me.
