I was bonded maybe 5-6 years ago, which only lasted about a month if that. Long story short, he asked me to destroy the ring, which I did, and assumed that broke the ceremony.
My longtime irl boyfriend just proposed to me in game last night, and today I went to the East Shroud to find out what I need to do and it said I must have an annulment now and that requires the ring, which I have carefully searched my inventory, glamour dresser, retainers, chocobo saddlebag and the armoire just for good measure.
I checked google and it said I would have to put in a GM ticket, but I'm not entirely sure how to put in a ticket for this. I sent one in for "report a bug" and it says that it may not be responded to. How do I go about getting a GM in on this so I can get force-annuled?
To add: I'm not even on the same server as the person I was bonded to anymore.
