I've been completing FATEs for dozens hours for demiatmas and I only have a few. I was able to get atmas for the relic and anima weapons with some difficulty before the drop rates were increased, but even then I still got them. Not these, not demiatmas. I feel like this is abusive.
If there's not going to be a drop rate increase then at the very least you should be able to buy them for bicolor gems once you complete the shared FATE for the zone.
