So i need help on something, i've been playing ffxiv for quite some time on free trial until i am forced to pay. Since i played regularly i never had to type my Square enix ID so i forgot it and now that i've not played in a few months i need it to log on but i don't have it, I have my password tho. On the square enix assistance center it says that i need to log on using my email address and that i will be able to see my ID once i'm logged on but logging on using my email doesn't work. So did this happen to anyone and how did you recover your ID ?
