I just wanted to offer this little PSA for those players (probably on break now) who struggle with getting a housing plot. These deep lulls in the game (the dead periods between patches / expansions) are the best time to purchase.
My character is on one of the higher populated servers and there are 5 small plots on my ward alone with ZERO bids and it closes tomorrow. There were multiple open housing plots in Shirogane as well.
So far I've only seen small plots, but I don't think that matters now since we can upgrade the interior to be medium / large.
