Maybe. But it's impossible to even prove someone got it. For example, from discussions on TheOrder it seems that what happens is that of all the people still in the zone, the last person to enter the zone is the one that will receive it. If that person has passed on the item, it is gone. It does not filter down to the next to last person to enter the zone. I know for a fact there was at least one other living person in the zone, Tuan. Although he was afk and therefore could not possibly have passed on the item, it does at the very least hint that it's possible someone else could have been off hiding far away, for example by the alchemy guild. That person might have passed in hopes that I would get the item since I lotted it. If that was the designated winner, money lost.
It's a long shot, but I think it's right in this case to just say fuck it, and not worry about it. Was cool enough that it even dropped at all, lol.

I think maybe Tuan? He was still AFK in front of the mog in Bastok Mines at 11am EDT, exactly where I left him last night. He popped out alive. Last time I saw him in dynamis was afk, alive sometime around the boss fight. If he fell asleep, it would expain him not looking & talking in LS.

If Rali reads this, stones actually can't drop AF. Except for the 15 demon NMs in Xarcabard, every RoZ Dynamis mob has the potential to drop either AF or 100 money, never both (I've never personally seen a Xarc NM drop a 100 but I understand it is possible, anyway). Eyes and stones (including the boss mobs for each zone), as well as dragons, drop the 100s.
