my friend recently lost access to her sqex and previous PSN, and so far sqex has been a nightmare for her to get support from. at this point, theyre taking multiple days to give her a response, or tell her they dont do it. plus, the support page is very much not as plain as it should be worded, like how she should know which product codes or expansions she needs to rebuy? how does she figure out if she had starter or complete edition, because appearently on the form, that matters. plus, there is the added complexity that her new PSN she wants to transfer her account to already has a free trial downloaded, so does that complicate things?
if anybody has experience changing your account linked to sqex, please give insight. it doesnt help that sqex only offers this once per customer, so if this is messed up, shes boned to never get her account back.
