Has Nero tol Scaeva shown up in Dawntrail?

i haven’t played since 7.0 and just finished catching up to the main quest, as well as doing the alliance raids and normal raids. i’ve also been doing the role quests for every job. so far, no nero. has anyone seen him or heard mention of him in any side content? last i remember was endwalker final role quests where he tried to get on the moon. thanks for any help you can provide
