It was my first time using the report system since starting to play again, and Malixocastovis was very patient and prompt in his responses! I had actually gotten my first message while heating up food, so I missed it, but he waited for several minutes, long enough for me to get back to him.
He was polite, and helpful enough to even let me know that my separate reports of two players, in the same incident, could be folded into one. Once I provided the information, he even closed the ticket without my need to do so!
A real superstar of an employee, when you feel the system at a minimum, you know it's exceptional customer service.
