I am writing this post to share my feedback and express my deepest gratitude for GM Akosijaderysxcv on the Adamantoise server.
Recently, I had to contact the support team regarding a very stressful situation involving verbal abuse from another player. I was feeling extremely down, overwhelmed, and completely alone during our conversation.
Not only did GM Akosijaderysxcv handle my report with absolute professionalism and efficiency, but they also showed an incredible amount of patience, empathy, and kindness. In moments where I felt very depressed, their supportive words made a huge difference and made me feel safe and heard within the Final Fantasy XIV community.
They took all the information I provided regarding the issue seriously and guided me on how to protect myself using the in-game features, while maintaining an outstanding and comforting attitude the whole time.
Please pass along my sincere thanks to GM Akosijaderysxcv. Staff members like them make Eorzea a much better and safer place. Thank you for your hard work and for having such a compassionate support team.
