I've recently gotten a friend into the game, they've purchased everything they need including game time, the issue arises when they press play, they log in and everything and after pressing play the game starts up then immediately shuts down, no error message, nothing from steam to say there is something wrong just an out right closing of the game. We have trialed all online strategies to fix it even going through various reddit posts but are unable to make it past the initial opening of the game, we attempted running through administrator mode from files it just tells them they don't have an subscription. Please help
