Hi ! A friend of mine just bought the complete edition to the game after finishing ARR on the free trial. He bought the complete edition directly on the Mog Station, every expansion + ARR is ticked on on the display. The launcher still shows Free Trial FFXIV and won't let him max out gils or use the market board or anything pertaining to the complete edition he bought. Anyone got tips
PS : he also reinstalled the game completely, it did not work....
