i did it! today i queued for the crystal tower raid Syrcus and went in ALONE! as a newbie healer and a very anxious person this was a huuge success. I am so proud of myself, I only died once cuz I missed the ice blocks lol, no one minded! does a lil happy dance it didn't take away all my anxiety and there is still a looong way to go BUT small steps! So if anyone here relates to this horrible gaming anxiety.. see this as ur sign to go for it
