Hello I've been experiencing a crash to the ffxiv directx11 application under the error code of c0000005.
I have attempted to . .
This is the only program on my computer that has had this error and am reaching the end of my rope. If you have any ideas please feel free to reply and I will let you know if I have tried it before.
My system information will be listed below as well and will answer any questions regarding any other specs.
The crash is completely at random. Sometimes I can go 20 minutes or others 5 before I am met with the same error. I noticed it tends to happen mainly when around lots of other players.
I will really appreciate any help on this matter.
I am currently reinstalling after deleting all files related to FFXIV and praying it was just a corrupted UI file or something.

- Disable all background applications possible and overlays
- Perform a variety of system scans with no errors reported
- Lower graphics
- Change a large variety of Windows and Nvidia settings all around [ Apologies, after doing this for so long I am forgetting the exact ones now ]
- Make sure everything is up to date
- Disabling antivirus software
- Even going as far as updating my BIOS
- etc. etc.

- System Manufacturer: ASUS
- BIOS: 1836
- Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-14700KF
- Memory: 65536MB or 64.0GB RAM
- GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER
