Feedback and requests on portraits

Now that glamour has been unlocked in 7.4 and that there will be new glamour-focused updates in the future, as well as a possible character creator expansion, I would like to provide some feedback when it comes to character portraits:

1- Portraits should be saved individually and on their own, like glamour plates.

Portraits could then be linked to gear sets just like glamour plates are. This is how it worked in the beta and I do not understand why it was changed. The reason why this suggestion is better is because right now we have to save our portraits on different gear sets, including those for jobs we do not use much, just to make sure we keep them.

Portraits with job-specific animations would simply not be allowed to be linked to gear sets of incompatible jobs.

2- Portraits should have as many options as gpose does.

Right now, it is difficult to emulate poses that are possible in gpose but not in the portraits. For instance, we cannot choose a specific emote, facial expression and to speak at the same time, thus limiting the options available. Lighting also has fewer choices in comparison.

3- Allow portraits created through the gpose portrait mode to be imported as player portraits.

I thought this is what the feature would do when it was introduced in the previous patch and was disappointed that it did not.

This addition would fix problem #2 and greatly expand the possibilities of portraits. When importing a portrait created through gpose, the system should still check for the usual stuff such as the face being properly placed within, and so on.

Please, like and comment if you agree with these suggestions. Is there any improvements or changes that you'd like to see when it comes to portraits or adventurer plates?
