The timer reset will change for most resets. The daily roulettes and Gold Saucer move to 9pm from 8pm for those that observe DST. It won't change for those areas that don't observe it.
Weekly reset will switch from 2am to 3am. Daily resets will change from 9am to 10am.
Key Time Shift Details:
Daily Reset (Grand Company/Leves/Tribes): Shifts between 12:00 p.m. PDT/4:00 p.m. EDT (during Daylight Savings) and 12:00 p.m. PST/3:00 p.m. EST (during Standard Time).
Weekly Reset (Tuesday): Similar to daily resets, this shifts by one hour based on when regions (like the US) enter or exit daylight saving time.
Event Times: Seasonal event start/end times generally follow the Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) or Pacific Standard Time (PST) convention, meaning you must verify the local time shift when the event is announced.
