My game is crashing semi-randomly, usually this occurs on loading screens like logging in, or teleporting, but sometimes it can happen mid map. When this happens mid map it manifests as all new entities no longer loading, escape menu not pulling up, actions not being castable, but the character can move normally. I have had these issues occur with no mods or plugins loaded, and many other oddities have happened too. When attempting to redownload the game files, I regularly ran into the client crashing mid download. Additionally whenever one of these crashes occured, the program became completely unresponsive to task manager, and would not allow for shut down to occur as long as it was open (which forced hard power to shut off). I have tried the following.
I genuinely have no idea what is causing these issues, it feels like sometimes I fix them for a day, but as soon as I attempt to log on the next, the issues come back. Do any of these problems sound familiar or point to a specific problem?
I can't keep playing the game like this, it takes hours a day just to try and get it running again.

- Reinstalling game files using Revo to get all traces and registry items
- Running DDU to remove graphics drivers and installing the stable 581.80 build from last November
- Running svc /scannow from CMD to repair broken windows files
- Reinstalling .net installations
- Disabling and adding exclusions for FFXIV in windows defender
- Disabling the Discord Overlay (I am not using the Steam version, but I have steam closed when launching anyways)
