 | Their customer support says that they are "tooling marks" and aren't considered blemishes that would qualify for replacement. I know I was being picky about some of these scratches but I don't believe a $110 set of keycaps should come pre-damaged. There are microscratches on most of the keys but I only provided them with the included images cause they were noticeable without examining them closely and I only asked for those specific keys to be replaced. I had planned on ordering the Classic-TKL FFXIV Edition for my other PC if they ever did a second production of them but I think I'll be passing unless they improve their quality standards. It is just sad that my original keycaps on my ten year old keyboard are in better condition than what I received from NovelKeys.
