I've looked through the threads to see if anyone else has brought up this issue. I have not seen any, so I apologize if I missed any.
I have noticed since the launch of 7.4, the Courtly Lover's Hood of Casting and Healing have a strange model artifact on male Viera. I'm not sure what other races/genders are affected by this, but I do know male miqote are not affected. I've attached an imgur link showing how the hood shows up on my male viera vs my husband's miqo:
Specifically, I've seen this issue on Face 1 and Face 2 male Viera. I use the male Viera-specific hair with the hanging feather (though the artifact does not appear to be bangs, as the material is a different color from my hair).
