I want to play the free trial and downloaded it from steam. But when opening the file, I can't get past the white screen in the launcher. It just says 'Square Enix ID' and 'Square Enix Password'. But it doesn't actually do anything. Restarting my PC or WiFi didn't help. Using the file from the website also didn't work.
