Cannot connect to Chaos datacenter

Hi all,

I cannot connect to Chaos datacenter in the UK - I can connect through VPN - I also can connect to the North American Datacenters

I have flushed and reset my DNS - still get the error - reset my router and restarted my PC -- I do not believe I need to re-install as I can get onto the american server

any Ideas ??
