- 1. Let healers (and all players) freeze their experience.
2. Gate dungeons by levelWhy? This gives new healers a chance to run each dungeon several times with players without overlevelling. This lets a healer learn the spec. And for new players, it's also about learning FFXIV dungeon mechanics.
With no level freeze available, there's a forced choice: run the dungeons more than once and risk overlevelling OR just do a dungeon once. If you do a dungeon only once, it could be days before the MSQ opens another one. A healer doesn't get the live experience that's essential.
3. Group Dungeon Roulettes by player levelGroup players entering a dungeon by level (allowing for overlevelling). This is really important for dungeons under level 50. Less pressure, more fun, builds confidence.
High level players could still access to low level dungeons through Dungeon Roulette.
4. When a player levels up in a dungeon, stop the game from forcibly inserting icons onto action bars.Now high and max level players doing a Roulette can be thrown into a dungeon with a sprout healer. That sprout just went to the dungeon entrance and clicked on "enter the dungeon with players". Mixing low level healers with max level players doing the dungeon fast for gil and mogs isn't a good experience for anyone.
The game actually overwrites and moves icons on an action bar after Level Up. So the heal I thought I was clicking on, isn't.
