It's a very tempting offer, I have to admit :p but then i have to trade them all into byne, and also I'm borrowing some from someone else already, which have to be paid back via sponsorships, so I don't want to drag it out any further than necessary once I'm done by continuing to sponsor even though i'm done. Others are going to be eager to get in there and start sponsoring. The biggest risk factor right now comes from one of the two people who said they were going to loan me the final 30 hundred byne bills changing their minds in the end. If that happens, I'll look for you :) But to get to 70 should only be about 2-3 weeks, I can wait that long considering I've been waiting 2 years already. :p
 
I'm not familiar with that one actually, but it doesn't appear to have a latent. Is it a hidden effect?
 
It's damage goes up with more ppl in you party

Think it maxes at 52 dmg.

Have one sitting in mog house, been wanting to try company/joyeuse and see what numbers I come up with.
 
I don't know about the rest of you, but the plan on getting/killing the is extremely easy and simple. I really don't know why it fails sometimes.

If you need help, i don't mind, just ask.

Gungnir's weapon skill Geirskogul has a fTP multiplier of 3.00 at 100%, and is one hit. That alone pretty much destroys all other polearm weapon skills. Nothing else would even come close other than maybe a 300% penta on a too weak mob.

It also makes drg/thf a force in the hnm scene. So imo, there's no such thing as lolgungnir... lolclaustrum is right though...

But to get on topic, yeah... let's do more glacier runs! I'll help on strike team if needed. Only reason I didn't want to last time is because I didn't want to risk being dead with no RR while an af2 drops or something.

Usually when the strike team goes to do their thing, the main alliance fights through "af2 alley" as I like to call it, which on wed, dropped smn and pld.

But yeah, do we have any aegis's on valefor yet? Let's hurry and get pirorin his shield. :D
 
Sorry, I really don't wanna diverge the thread....

But... Company has a max base dmg of 46 as obviously shown. It adds a base dmg of +2 for each person in your party not counting a NPC or yourself. Max is 56 technically putting it the highest in game besides maybe Kinkobo with latent. Not sure about that one, haven't done the math.
 
Kinkobo with latent : 68*60/329 = 12.4
Company Sword Max : 56*60/264 = 12.73
Mandau : 39*60 / 176 = 13.30

Regarding Geirskogul, there was some testing from someone on another server that got one, and the guy couldn't get it to put out squat for numbers. There were like 10 screenshots of Geirskogul all doing like a few hundred damage tops. None of them were /THF though, so that could have made the difference.
