As a Sprout who will lose my Road to 90 buff in a month, should I prioritize MSQ or Roulettes?

Essentially title, but for more context I am super story focused and so want to get each job to level 80 minimum and at least one job per role to level 100. How can I maximize the XP I get during the last of my double XP time.
