In large part to the vast inflation of Wootz Ore prices the '100's category' of lotting is going to be adjusted so that crafting materials fall into that category. All crafting materials will be free lot, and 100's would still be 4.
The reasoning behind this is that if people are coming to lot AF2 that opportunity is their reward for the run, since attendance is free. The 100's category is there as an opportunity for those who are seeking to upgrade a weapon, or to provide some economic incentive to those who do not need AF2 to attend the run.
I think adding crafting materials into that bracket fulfills that purpose best.

People occasionally ask when they may relot a piece of AF2 for storage purposes, i.e. when they have upgraded another piece to a +1 and can no longer store the set.
People lotting for storage purposes may lot at the 2 point 60+ tier. So they may still set it as a comment ahead of the 0 point area, but not in priority over those who want it to begin with.
