Has anyone figured out how to make it so that when you share gear between jobs, you don't share the glam plate? For some jobs, I want the stock look of the gear; for others, I want a glam look. I can't put the gear in the dresser and make a new plate, because it would remove the melds, so my pentamelded crafting gear would lose ALL its materia that way.
