| Another wonderful dish that was super easy to make gluten-free! Just swap out the flour with gluten-free flour. Definitely easier than the crab croquettes, but trying to make two servings in one pan at the same time was not easy. I used the oil and butter mixture to cook the asparagus before making the lemon butter sauce.
